Cups according to DIN

We supply the elevator buckets made of steel or special steels in a deep to flat version in accordance with DIN 15231, 15232, 15233 and 15234.

Depending on the nature of the material to be conveyed – fine-grained or coarse-grained – you choose the right cup. These cups are available in either pressed or welded versions and are equipped with domed (cambered) holes. At Becthtel you can choose from various materials such as: S235JR, S355J2G3, Hardox 400 / 500, Ceusabro 4800 / manganese steel 1.3401, stainless steel 1.4301 / 1.4401 / 1.4571.

The net content shown in the tables corresponds to the hatched area in the drawing, with the back side oriented vertically.

By welding on an edge reinforcement, the elevator buckets made of steel or special steels can be further strengthened. You can choose between a front edge reinforcement or a three-sided edge reinforcement. The version with beading and semi-circular strip is also possible.

The delivery with coatings such as enameling or galvanizing is possible on request. The holes of the cups are drilled in accordance with DIN 15236 or customer request.
