REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to all business customers purchasing goods and services from Sprint Drives UK Limited through sprintdrives.co.uk or via direct quotation.

1. This Contract is intended primarily for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. Where Sprint Drives sells to individual consumers via its eCommerce platform (sprintdrives.co.uk), consumer protections under applicable UK legislation, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, may apply. However, such consumer protections shall only apply where the buyer qualifies as a consumer under law. Sprint Drives reserves the right to reject returns or cancellations that do not comply with the conditions set out in its published Returns & Refund Policy or that fall outside the legal scope of consumer rights.

2. Returns Eligibility

Goods may only be returned subject to the following conditions:

The return is pre-authorised by Sprint Drives in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Items are unused, uninstalled, and in original, resalable condition with all packaging intact.

Customised, special order, OEM-sourced, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

3. Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This fee covers inspection, handling, and administrative costs.

4. Non-Returnable Goods

The following items are not eligible for return unless found to be faulty or mis-supplied by Sprint Drives:

Goods manufactured or sourced to the Customer’s specification

Electrical or electronic components once unpackaged or installed

Sealed items where the seal has been broken

Goods marked as non-returnable on the order or invoice

5. Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods must be made in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Evidence (including photos) may be required for processing. Sprint Drives may, at its discretion:

Replace the affected goods

Issue a credit note

Offer a partial refund

No replacements or credits will be issued if the goods have been altered, installed, or used.

6. Return Shipping

The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was supplied incorrectly or is faulty.

Goods must be returned using a tracked and insured service.

Sprint Drives accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

7. Refunds and Credits

Where a return is approved:

Refunds are issued within 14 days of inspection and acceptance.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method or applied as a credit to your business account.

Any deductions (restocking, damage, missing items) will be detailed on the credit note.

8. Legal and Contractual Position

This policy forms part of Sprint Drives' full Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Goods and Services. Any variations must be agreed in writing.
