SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy – SprintDrives.co.uk
1. Delivery Timeframe
All items purchased from the OEM Depot are processed and dispatched within the estimated time of 14 to 21 calendar days, unless otherwise stated at the time of order. Where alternative delivery estimates are applicable, these will be clearly specified on the relevant product page or Order confirmation.
Please note that lead times may vary due to item availability, custom orders, courier capacity, or holiday periods.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Sprint Drives partners with reputable UK and international carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of all goods. Standard delivery is made via tracked services where available. Shipping method details will be provided upon dispatch.
3. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to:

  • Mainland UK

  • Northern Ireland

  • Selected international destinations (please enquire before placing an order)

4. Delivery Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Any applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed prior to confirming your order.
In some cases, bulk or oversized orders may incur additional delivery charges, which will be discussed with you prior to dispatch.
5. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier may leave a calling card with redelivery instructions or take the parcel to a local depot. If the Customer fails to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel within the courier’s holding period, the goods may be returned to Sprint Drives. In such cases, re-delivery fees may apply.
6. Risk and Title
Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery. Title to the Goods remains with Sprint Drives until full payment has been received, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must notify Sprint Drives within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). Failure to report within this period may affect our ability to investigate or issue compensation.
To report a damaged or lost shipment, please email support@sprintdrives.co.uk with your order number and supporting photos or evidence.
8. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international deliveries, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. Sprint Drives is not liable for delays due to customs processing.
