NBR-ACN elevator belts are designed to prevent static electricity. They feature a durable fabric core made of polyester and nylon, and the rubber component is a special NBR blend with a high percentage of ACN. This combination provides excellent resistance to oils, fats, and acids.
The belt's surface is designed to securely hold disc screws, ensuring smooth operation. These belts are available in various strengths and thicknesses to suit different applications.
NBR-ACN belts are particularly well-suited for industries like feed processing, where they can handle hot oil products and molasses. The belts can be customized to specific dimensions and requirements, including edge impregnation and perforation.
